Received amazing service from various members of staff and departments, from arrival to departure. The very friendly Dr. Botma and nursing staff were professional and super efficient. Hanging out in the ER. After being triaged it took about 2 hours of waiting, but was treated well and had special care by the doctors. ER facilities are well taken care of and the staff are pleasant. Thanks to Dr. NINJA the time ran by very quickly and we were out in no time. Good job to the administration team and doctors who look after everyone so well. Five Stars

Under staff at emergency department and reception beyond rude... Patients treated like trash with a few exceptions now and then. Prefer George Hospital 100 times more. Account still not be sorted out...

No staff at reception and the most unfriendly assistance ever received. Drs were excellent but the lady taking your fever and bp at emergencies should not be allowed to work with public. Never met anybody so unfriendly rude and unsimparhetic.
