First visit two weeks ago - car service and replacement of rear brakes. Receiving back my car, rear brakes made a suspicious sound when i enter a turn. Next day - after driving to work, the gear box locked. While travelling to home, I could not engage the gears. Second visit to Motech - Johan gave his attention to the rear brakes and corrected the problem. Next day - Breaks continue to make strange noise - sounded as if calipres were lose. Gearbox still get stuck after travelling to work. Visit number three to Moteck - Motech installed clips onto the break calipers and replaced the gear box oil. Immediately after receiving the car back, the car all of a sudden miss-fired and the engine deactivation system did not function anymore. Visit number four to Motech - Waiting now for a full week for my car. Repeatedly requested feedback from Johan, but he finally only reacted after day 4, telling me that my car was at the auto-electrician. Finally promised feedback on last Friday, but never came back to me. Going for day 6 without a car, still with Motech! Johan phoned me after the weekend and promised to deliver my car personally at my home so that I may test drive the car. Johan made true his promise and delivered the car - all problems were sorted out and he did not charge me for anything.
Company that really spends time identifying faults (not guessing like others) without charging an arm and a leg. Thanks Johan & Team

Simply the best mechanics and workshop in Potchefstroom, if not the entire North-West province. Exceptional service from the owner, Johan, and his team. Johan himself is personally involved in the day-to-day operations of his business and it definitely shows. Motech truly goes above and beyond for their clients and they are highly, highly recommended.
