The website states opening times, but when we went there the premises was closed. When I phoned the number on the website I was asked to send an e mail and that due to covid they will deliver the bike to me. After a few days of sending the e mail there was still no response so I called again and was told to send a WhatsApp which I did. A response came the next day and after I asked for more info there was no further response. Really bad service. No communication attempt what so ever for the date I asked. Luckily I went to “cape bike travel” the day before I wanted to go riding and they were amazing at communicating and their price and service were amazing. Never go with Motorrad rentals if u want piece of mind and a guarantee to get the bike when u want it.

What a great experience. Jaco just adds to such an all in all best rental ever. He genuinely cares and i won't have a doubt to rent back to him nest time in Cape town.
