Excellent, Was on my way Sent to Taung from Cape Town and my vehicle econ malfunctioned. The service manager assisted us, she was friendly and very effective. One gentleman wanted us to wait until all cars were attended to as we didn't book. That would have been disastrous on our trip.

I bought a pre-owned vehicle in November 2020. I signed the contract and when I took ownership of the car I noticed that there was no owners manual / service record / warranty - I asked the sales person Henry Smit where the booklet was and was only then told that they have not yet received this, but he would let me know in "a week or so" once it arrives. It is now more that 2 months and after following up and sending emails to him - I have still not received it - he is not even replying to my emails. I am terribly disappointed in the after sales service of this dealership. I need this to be resolved please.
