When I was dropping off the car for service, I was first to get there, but they attended the car which arrived after me, also I was very early, but you have to wait, while the staff arrives, they are just walking up and down inside the building with locked doors, I told the guy who was booking in my car, I asked him why have they attended a car which came after me? He just said, I am sorry man, I don't know....the welcome service does not give confidence leaving your car with them. They need to visit Toyota in Midrand and check their service, so good. One good thing is that they book an Uber for you, in Midrand I had to book myself the Uber.
