Loved it, Really appreciate it whenever I get the good old original recipe kfc made with fresh cooking oil and well made meat.
Very disappointed. Order was not packed correctly. Ordered 4 wrapsta box meals, received 2 wrapsta box meals and 2 streetwise remix. Tried cling the store several times with no reaponse
One cold winters afternoon , my son and I were waiting for our order ... while waiting one of the girls gave my little boy a hot mash and gravy on house just to accommodate us , this was the wow factor for me by far the best experience at kfc
I purchased 2 Zinger Burgers this evening, after waiting 35 mins for my order, I got home, only to notice that the chicken fillet in the burger was not done properly....the inside was still pink.i called the store and spoke to the manager, Sanele. He recommended that I send him a WhatsApp with pictures. He then called me to say that the pink chicken was actually the Zinger sauce...What Hogwash...the chicken was pink and slimy. All I was told is to call his area manager, Naresh. Naresh doesnt answer his calls...pathetic service all round.
Every time I get food from this branch my order is wrong. Ordered a Colonel Burger meal today with a Fanta orange, received a zinger burger meal with a coke. Previously ordered a wrap, got a box master instead... Staff clearly pay little attention and then takes over 30 minutes to rectify the order. Enough's enough, wont go back there again.
Service was poor, seeing we now in the festive season only one till point open. Crunch burger was terrible, bun was absolutely stale. KFC on a whole had lost it's reputation.
