I've really only dealt with their technical side. A friendly and helpful bunch. I find that it's best to go there when you need something rather than relying on email though, unless you have a contact there already. They are also the only company that deal with gigabyte.
Rectron is a Supplier of most IT products. They are not open to the public and are exclusively for retailers. Their product pricing is always competitive. All staff members including sales representatives know all their products and accurately advise you on specification. Customer service is excellent.
Very good to deal with a company where the staff are competent, knowledgeable, and prepared to go the extra distance for a customer. Clement really went out of his way to try and assist with repairs and parts on my faulty laptop. I will most certainly be back.
