I recently contacted their place of business in Claremont requesting a repair on a Ryobi Trimmer. The shop keeper explained that there are two positions of the crank which will determine the cost of the repair. Upon arrival, after driving for 20min, he glanced at the trimmer and said sorry I can't repair this machine because it's made in China. He only then explained that if the crank is located at the front of the motor it has to be fixed by Ryobi and that it's a half crank #whateverthatmeans A complete waist of my time and the arrogance left a bitter taste in my life.
