We've been there several times, and always found the (male) salesmen very rude, especially the bearded guy. We were picking up 5 doors when it started pouring rain, and they laughed when we asked if they had anything to wrap them in or protect from the rain. They sent us to go buy wrapping plastic in another shop, then told us to make up our minds as we were considering our options... Seriously?!

Unbelievably useless staff working here especially the short little bald man. We made an arrangement to bring doors in at a time that suited them and upon removing and delivering the doors were told that as the staff member hadn’t arrived we wouldn’t be helped. No mention of an apology or attempt to call us and alert us prior to bringing the doors all the way in. We will never use them again and I would suggest you do yourself a favour and take your business somewhere where it will be more appreciated!

Great service. I bought two meranti boards from them. once i got home and cut them and planed them i saw that one had insect damage that was not visible before I planed them down. I sent them an email and they imediately offered to replace the board even though I had cut it. And when my wife went to collect, they had even planed and cut the replacement board for me. Thanks guys.

Bad work, very bad servic. We have bought a new door frame for our wooden folding door. Mpumalanga Timbers picked up the door at our home, because they want adjusted the new frame in the factory. We had paid the full amount (R 6,900) of the Quotation on 14. August and after 3times we asked for work, they delievery the frame on 25. October. When we got the sliding door back, the wood from the door was terrible scratched and very dirty. They transported the door with a Bakkie without protecting the wood of the door. We complained about the damage, but they did not want to fix it. Warning, never pay the full amount, bevor you have the work. In the last years we ordered doors and materials for round about R40.000 at Mpumalanga Timbers. If you want your order will appreciated, go to another company.
