Orignal Complaint Just feedback from a long time and client whom you're now lost. I needed a small quantity of stainless steel bolts & Galvanized. I was forced by msg above and call to landlines number saying that your minimum invoice value is R200 , I have been buying from you for many years , my Technicians are also instructed to buy . Today I drove past your place of business , and went to Pardee Eiland Topfast . My Total invoice value was in excess of R2100 , on principle though I will think more than twice before I patronize your store in future . Covid has left many of smaller business cash strapped and for you to increase your minimum invoice value by 300% from R50 to R200 shows blatant disregard and contempt for companies and individuals that have patronized you for many years . Thank you but no! November 18 Following a Whatsapp to their sales number i received a call from Mark the owner , he elaborated on the reasons for their change in policy and closure if their counter sales, All Covid related I appreciate the effort made by him to address my issues . Thank you Mark , I appreciate the time taken to address my concerns . Excellent CRM management skills . Wishing you well in the future .

The only place that had the correct manifold studs for me. Good selection of all types of nuts, bolts and tools. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Super helpful dudes (as much as they can be). Long wait times in the queue are a bummer but worth the wait. Hardware galore and nearly had the bolts I was looking for but they only do massive quantities if it’s something specific.
I've been buying form this place for the past few months and I love the place. Thank you Tony and all of you. You are always helpful especially when I don't now exactly what kind of bolts I need for my project.
