Hey man we were let down by another moving company on the day they had to do our long distance move. Mr Cheap Team really saved us from a huge crises and came to our rescue very quickly. They organised the truck very quickly and sorted out the booking papers quickly. I did not have to sign and print stuff like the other company. They also charged me a very good price, cheaper than the other company and other offers I got. Everything went very well and my goods arrived on time and safety being month end of March it went smooth. I would recommend them if you need a reliable moving company who is there to help. Thanks guys.

I used Mr.CheapTransport to transport my furniture to a storage unit, as I was moving to another city. They had equipment of their own in the truck, which pierced a hole straight through my new unit. They first tried to hide it and acted like nothing happened, until I noticed and asked them about it. They then said I need to pay in full, and notify the head office. I did that, and made a note on the invoice with my signature and theirs. They said all they’re prepared to do is send someone to fix it, knowing all well that I have moved to another city and my unit is locked in storage. The company now refuses to compensate me in any way and are ignoring my emails. Really disappointed - just be careful if you do use them. Update: I emailed the address provided by the owner in response to my review (multiple times over the past few months), and have received no response at all.

Our moving experience with Mr Cheap Transport from Johannesburg to Cape Town was very well coordinated and carried out. Without being able to be at the pickup place, we had to trust that our belongings would be prepared and packed efficiently. We were very impressed with Mr Rusty Makoni of quoting and handling our move. The dispatcher kept us up-to-date and the moving men worked tirelessly to package our belongings our Johannesburg house and then move them into our house in Cape Town. We would use Mr Cheap Transport again without a second thought!

She got me a very good rate which was within my budget from Cape Town to Pretoria. The other transporters charged very high rates. I was so pleased to move with Mr Cheap Transport.
