Our church generator was collected 2 weeks ago and we have had absolutely no feedback whatsoever. Yesterday, we called and spoke to Natasha who promised to find out what was happening and call us back. No phone call. Again this morning, I called and spoke to Natasha who told me that the generator was on the bench in the workshop and she would call me once she has more information. So basically in the 2 weeks they have had the generator, nobody has bothered to look at it. She then had the cheek to tell me that I must understand that they are very busy as everyone is sending their generators in to be serviced. I am still waiting for a call from her to advise what the problem is. Update: Natasha did call our minister about 5 minutes before this was posted to quote on the cost to repair the generator. The fact still remains that they have had it for 2 weeks and nobody has looked at it until we called to find out what was happening.

This is a great business because the people working there really love what they do and care about their clients. The staff are friendly and helpful and go out of there way to assist you. I recently had an issue with a petrol lawnmower. It was an intermittent issue and difficult to identify. Greenfingers did not give up till they resolved it. They are also straight and fair. The last place I took my mower to, told me that the engine was poked and had to be replaced. Not to mention the other company, but the lawnmower is still running 5 years down the line. Keep it up guys. Businesses like this stand out these days.

I recently took my lawnmower to them for some minor repairs, it was the beginning of the most shocking shopping experience I ever had. I got it all, grumpy staff when I returned the lawnmower due to a technical issue, poor knowledge of the technical aspects, failure to accept responsibilty and accountability, trying to blame me as the client for their mistakes.etc. etc. However, I did not leave it there. I got the CGSO (Ombudsman) involved and shortly thereafter they changed around and proposed a solution at their cost which I accepted. After this it took them nearly a month to repair the machine and replace the part which they originally wrongfully supplied and installed. I would not recommend them to anyone, in fact, I would strongly recommend any reader of this to take your business elsewhere because of the simple fact that if it wasn't for the CGSO intervention, I would have had to pay for someone elses mistakes.

Friendly family type business in Randburg, with an excellent range of products. Some of them Robotic state of the art lawnmowers, that do not require supervision, come rain or shine, when lawns need to be mowed.
