Excellent service and friendly staff. Thank you so much. They were done in 15 minutes with the setup of my mother's Openview decoder/signal. I called the team at 11am, they arrived 12h45 and done at 13pm....this included setting up and installing a cable as well. Very professional..... Highly recommended for quick and efficient service. Elwyn and Arnold gave me very poor and unprofessional service. After the instalation, I noticed that the picture quality was not great. I checked the signal strength and discovered it was low, the signal quality in some cases was around 25% only. I called Elwin for him to come back and fix the issue. To my surprise he demanded that I pay him a callout fee again, even though he had not done a proper job the first time. When I refused to pay the callout fee, he (falsely) promised me that he would make a plan and come sort it out. However, from that moment he stopped taking my calls or responding to my messages. I would rate their quality of work as 2/10, and their customer care 0/10. I see one of the positive ratings here is by Elwyn - he is rating himself as if he was a customer - very misleading. The same probably applies to the other positive ratings. If you are considering using these guys, save yourself the trouble and find someone else.
