Dealings with this company has been shocking. Bought a genisis bed. Spent 12k. Have had so many issues so would not recommend spending one cent on this product. Son also had same bed and same issues. The person i have been dealing with very rude. On 3rd matress in 3 and a half years. 2 yr guarentee finished so had to pay in almost 3k to get an upgraded matress which i feel should have been free of charge as was a factory fault. Glue does not keep material attached to the memory foam and the stitching was coming undone. Foam sagged badly. Very dissatisfied
