Worst experience I’ve ever had , the stuff was very unfriendly, as I entered the door waiting to sanitize my hands a white guy with black hair immediately asked me from the door what I wanted and did not approach me or wait for me to get seated first , as I sit he doesn’t even bother to look at me while he’s busy working he rudely asks me what I need and I felt so uncomfortable i ended up leaving and told him to improve his customer service and had a full blown argument with me as I left , very unprofessional and for that I won’t step into the store again as a potential customer

Worst customer care ever, the guy at MTN Branch especially is really useless, they asked me security questions for 15 mins wjile I was requesting a price for a top up just to hear after they had basically stolen all my airtime , that I need to drive to the store to find out the price, i am furious !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
