I got a contract phone Samsung S20 Galaxy note 5G in November last year. Out of nowhere the screen went dead in the middle of a call on Saturday. I returned it to MTN Fourways, next to Istore. The sales lady said she doubts they'll fix the phone because of a small scratch at the bottom of the phone. You need magnifying glasses to see the scratch by the way. I'm appalled by such remarks, clearly there's a software problem with the phone. She even asked that why don't I claim from my insurance!! How rude. If Samsung is going to give me a hard time on fixing their technical error then MTN can keep the phone and I want out of the contract. Very upset. The latest Samsung phones are unreliable. They've lost a loyal customer. I am done with that brand. Lastly the staff at MTN Fourways is always clueless, no passion for their job. I was billed R15k for a contract of R986pm top up. A month later I'm still sitting with ghe same problem. Frontline staff is so unhelpful and some don't even wear masks!!!

One of my cell numbers was dropped from the MTN network. No explanation. Two stores were closed when I tried to go to their stores. In normal hours. I can’t speak to someone because there is no number that will connect you. 135 simply gives balances, account details and babble about unisa students repetitively but nowhere to go with a problem. Time to change
Dineo does not respond to emails after 1 month. The manager does not even provide feedback. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
The worst service ever! The stuff is clueless about MTN services, when you ask them questions, they tell you to call MTN whereas you are in MTN. That branch is just a waste of time and energy, how can you tell me to call MTN when I'm at MTN, what are they there for? Worst part I signed up for a contract with them, and not even in a single month had they deducted the agreed upon amount. Please fix Dainfern MTN, urgently.

Worst service ever. From the staff to the branch Manager. When you dare to complain that the service is not up to par the Manager tells you that you can complain to whoever you want. He doesn't care...Appalling

Even though I saw the poor reviews this branch had I gave them a shot and I regret it. Don't waste your time like I just wasted mine. So annoyed!!! And now I'll have to go to another branch because I didn't get the service I needed.
