Service is shocking. Would not even rate it a 1 star. I have upgraded two of my packages on the 5th of Feb 2021 and both were upgraded to the wrong packages. This happened after I have informed the manager (Elize) that I do not see the packages as specified on my MTN app. Elize said to me that I must not worry because there is only one package code for the price I took. On the 12th of Feb, I realised that I have not received the packages as promised. I immediately informed Elize. She said that she would sort it out and it would take about three days. So time flies and after numerous phone calls to follow up with no response and empty promises from Elize, on the 25th of Feb I requested a copy of my contract. Elize informed me that MTN normally do not give out the contract but that she will give me a copy. On arrival at the shop on the 26th to collect the contract, Elize inform me that she found the problem. She loaded the wrong code for the packages. She also stated that now that they know what the problem is, it will be resolved early the following week. Today is the 2nd of March, issue still not resolved. When I phoned MTN customer services, I was informed that the issue was raised only on the 27th of Feb. This poor performance is unacceptable. In my opinion, it's the stores responsibility to follow up on something that they have messed up.
