I was in your Cavendish store yesterday desperately seeking help as I was constantly receiving calls from a women saying she was from the migration center and she wants to offer me a better package than I am currently on and all she wanted was some of my details to prove that it is me, I told her I am not comfortable with this call, I asked her to call me back in a few minutes, I ran into your store for help, your one assistant after assisting someone else would not help me and he pretended to be busy, I eventually was called by another consultant and told her what was happening, in the mean while the lady called me back and I asked your consultant to speak her, she did, but pretented not to know what the person was saying, she then handed me my phone back and said if it's a scam she does not want to get involved, all I wanted was for someone there to tell me whether the call was legit, but was told no and and no help was offered and that they did not want to get involved, I am disgusted in your service,wish I did not renew my contract with you. This has to be the best MTN outlet by a country mile in Cape Town in terms of service. I was assisted by Thandeka for a recent contract upgrade and it went smooth, fast efficient, professional and friendly. Kudos to Thandeka. I have always received great service from Anastasia (a long term consultant of mine on all things contract related) who had always been patient and looks out for the best deals for me. She was off when I went in but am happy to note there seem to be consistency here. I went in on a Sunday around mid-day when there wasn't a lot of traffic and it worked like a charm.

The staff is friendly but nothing gets done here. I've had 3 separate people try to solve my problem and say they will get back to me but no one ever does. In the meantime I am still unable to connect to the network or do any of the things that I have paid for.
