I am having a terrible experience with MTN, it's been almost 2 weeks since my contract has been approved and there are just excuses and excuses about the phone. First my phone was given to someone else, then the couriers didn't pitch and then the couriers didn't pitch again. Then I had to go to another store. But i cant find the store and i cant get the address for the store because the service consultants and stores (mind you stores) dont pick up their phone. I tried to phone around to locate which store it is. I have gone to the trouble of porting my number to MTN and had to struggle with prepaid now for 2 weeks. The customer service number was also of no help. I insist that a representative contact me to sort this out or I will lay complaints everywhere I can. I can also make funny "yellow" videos for YouTube. Maybe that will get their attention? I feel "yellow " going to . Or maybe if you see "Yellow" slow down and think before you shop

I told the salesman 24 month contract. He makes it 36 months. I go back within 5 days and they say he left for home already so the other staff COULDN'T help me. They took my details yet he never changed it to 24 months. So do you expect me to come back to the same staff member every time???? Useless

Do not waste you time going to this store. After standing in a line for almost 2 hours. I was told to call 135.

Waiting time is too long. Processes takes too long. System out dated. Too little people. They should rather take orders today and say collections next day. It takes an hour and a half to process one sale. Take details. Generate contract. Phone for approval. Try to match deal with options on the system. Total nightmare.

Absolutely horrible service. I got a new contract and mtn is still charging me the wrong amount of money i have been trying to fix it for weeks now. I am absolutely furious with the customer service and when i phone in no one answers. MTN fix your system!
