The first time that I was at the store about 10 months ago, there was a young man who was extremely helpful. That was the reason I went back, but today was the last time, the lady was so unfriendly that I actually ask her if I should go elsewhere.

I have taken out a new contract last week. (Already a customer of MTN with 2 contracts) System was very slow and assistant struggled to complete the application. Have received a sms notification on the same day that my application has been approved. Up to date I have not heard from them again. Have no idea when I will receive my phone. Tried to phone them more than once. Phone have not been answered once. Follow up/Feed back is none existent and if this is the way that business is being conducted I am unsure what the quality of service will be afterwards.
