Tried to get a problem with sim not recognising data sorted. Staff were unhelpful. After multiple trips without success phoned MTN customer services and got help. Turns out it was because it was an old number that wasn’t enabled for data. I had put this to the staff at MTN Cradlestone and they were clueless, telling me there was a problem with our phone. No technical expertise and generally apathetic attitude.

The service I received at this store was really appalling. The staff kept me waiting for 2hours and then said I must come back the next day. My fingerprints don’t match my ID number ️. I have now waited 24 hours and still have not heard a word. Store phone just ringing and ringing - phoned 5 times.

Can’t answer their phones - promises to call you back but they never do. Tried over 10 times to get a hold of someone after the promised to call you back in 5 minutes. Ridiculous.
