MTN has really disappointed me! I upgraded my contact August 2020 and I've been having issues ever since. My account was tripled for the month of October without an explanation. I've been phoning and emailing, nobody seems to know what's going on and they never get back to me even after they take my number and tell me someone will contact me. I now pay via EFT every month as I don't trust them, because they just take their own amounts off every month without permission. MTN blocks my account every month after I've made the payment, which means I have to phone them and have my account unblocked. I have a bill for the month of February, way over what I'm supposed to be paying, we are half way through January and they are billing me for February. I am so fed up with MTN as nobody is willing to help or get back to me. Their service terrible! They are quick to take off money or block your account, but they are pathetic when it comes to customer service. After almost 4 months the problem still hasn't been attended to... Well done MTN

The Staff that I had dealt with here were all courteous and very helpful. They helped me change my mind in some aspects of MTN, as I truely had bad service from another on the branches as well as the customer query department. I have moved one account to FNB and still have 1 with MTN, and this little shop is the reason.

good day i want to lay a complaint againts mtn impala park very very bad customer service we pay every month even 2 month ahead and stil our phones get suspented i very dissapointed i wont recommend anyone to mtn the manager at the branch couldnt even assist us as we have this problem every month its a disgrace
