The customer service is extremely pathetic. I recently took out a WiFi contract and the router was a faulty device. It kept on dropping signal on all of my connected devices. It is not just the router in particular that I am so upset about, my frustration is mostly directed at the consultant I had been dealing with, Mxolisi Mncube. He was extremely rude when I came back into the store and refused to assist me in the best way possible. He is by far the most arrogant customer sales person I have ever dealt with. He spoke on top of my voice, did not give me a chance to speak, spoke rudely to me and had an arrogant answer for everything. Is this how MTN trains their staff to deal with customers?

Extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Mxolisi was very helpful and efficient. Would definitely recommend that you use this MTN Branch when dealing with MTN

When it comes to signing a contract etc. they are very helpful. After sale service is pathetic. I had to solve the problem myself. Tried phoning 10 times in a row to get information on a repair, but no one picked up. I've been a client of MTN for more than 15 years and they could care less!

Literally spent 6 hours there trying sign up for an LTE contract , most ridiculous thing I've ever experienced... then don't bother trying to phone them because they don't answer ... and the que outside the store during covid takes like 2 hours ... basically all a nightmare

I am very furious with what MTN is doing, this is disrespect I've been calling since the morning, but nobody is taking my calls. Now I don't know what to do because both my MTN numbers are not working, so I guess I should start looking for a better service provider and cancel my contracts

Went to the store after tryna call them the whole day finally got there and they were no help saying we need to contact the call center ourselves after explaining to them the call center is not helping us.. They just take your money and convince you take out contracts but utterly lack in actually helping the customer after!

Very bad service. I went in at the end of February to change my bank account details, spoke to a consultant and filled out all the necessary documents, it is now July and my details have still not been updated.
