Spoke to G Even if my issue isnot, he has a very good understanding and initiative towards customer service. He took the initiative to contact MTN technical himself. Keep in mind that I struggled with MTN on their supposed 083 1555 that redirects to 135 and nobody could assist except this gentleman. A big 5 stars to Lindo at the store for getting him to speak to me Truly 5 stars
