MTN Richards Bay, inside Inkwazi Board walk mall. Not even worthy of one star to be honest, went into the store one afternoon for a quotation on a OnePlus device on either contract or prepaid (just general browsing) not only upon entry was i the only and first customer in line except for the one customer sitting with the consultant already being assisted, when i entered i stood in line and was not greeted nor acknowledged by the only consultant in front (i could hear two consultants have a conversation at the back) after waiting alone for around 10 minutes without any sort of acknowledgement i proceed to ask the consultant if i could just aski him a question, he looked at me and didnt answer but i proceeded anyway, once i asked about the the OnePlus phone he just said we dont have that "Iphone" here, now i understand that he may not be familiar with this device as its not very common here but the fact he never went to go ask a colleague to assist the only other customer in store, never greeted nor acknowledged, and upon being asked a question not even being informed enough to know the difference between what i asked and what he said. I must say its the worse service ive ever experienced in any MTN.

This MTN store is great shop, compared to the one inside Inkwazi mall, like comparing Woolworths to a corner cafe

This is a very busy store indicating that people are satisfied with the services that the store provides. This store offers technical and contract services, as well as enquiries, upgrades and accessories. The technical services includes repairs and are not always done immediately. If they do not have the specific part to repair your phone you need to hand in your phone and wait up to 2 weeks for the repair to be done.
