Calls not answered. went in to do a sim swap. told to wait 24 hours only to haveto resort to twitter to be told not only didn't they do a sim swap, or rica (after handing over my ID and proof of residence) all they did was hand me a new sim card. Disgusted

Service takes time as there is normally only one person to assist. Go online its easier and quicker
