Hi, I have been trying to get a hold of this store for 2 days after being on the phone for a considerably long time with the General mtn store only to be advised they cant help me I must contact the store directly. I have been trying numerous numbers but none get answered. I receive your sms's so why can I not address my issue. Taking off from work to come to the store is not that easy and I would assume that MTN would have a good standard when it comes to assisting their clients. Please provide me with a number that works.

Great experience at this store! The lockdown queue was moving very slowly. However, the two salesmen managed the situation brilliantly. The one manning the door established what customers were there for, assisted with information and kept people updated. The one behind the counter assisted customers with quick requests, whilst helping those with larger transactions. He came out, got my docs and RICA’ed me while I waited outside, all while assisting a customer instore. Glad I switched to MTN!

I had the same experience as the previous reviewers. I tried to upgrade a phone on an existing contract with no changes, and they made it into an impossible task... first the systems are offline, then they 'processed' paperwork and told me it will take 2-24 hours... I thought my troubles were over, but 48 hours later no paperwork was processed. I live 2 hours outside of town... but you cannot call them, they stonewall you when you go to the store. 'Sorry it is out of our hands, it is the system, it is not us'. I have had this contract for 5 years now and I am seriously considering changing my carrier. When an upgrade cannot be handled then you are in big trouble MTN!
