What a miserable situation. The employees are always busy on their phones. No one is eager to help. I also doubt their skill level. However, this is not their fault. MTN should see to it that these people undergo better training and maybe give them something valuable to do while waiting for customers. What I see is a lack of any good leadership and a lack of leadership always leads bad business.
