Experienced horrible service there when I went to RICA my simcard. Consultant was rude towards me for no apparent reason. To make matters worse, the sim card is still not RICA'd, so consultant clearly does not know how to do his job.

Cannot get any answers for problems with the service. been with mtn since they started, Christopher does his best, however this does not help me, will not renew my contract with a company that only pays lip service to its customers.
