The exposure to working environment is not achieved fully. Tshikovha Graduates Academy is a Non-Profit Organisation which has been created to respond to the challenges of graduates’ integration to the working environment. The organisation aims to be the link between the employers and the graduates who seek to be employed. The Academy will absorb graduates of various fields and will undergo training on employment expertise which includes administration, management, leadership, human resources and harnessing the skills for specific jobs. Any organization or government looking for employees will submit their requirements and will enter into agreement with Tshikovha Graduates Academy to provide specific training on a specific scope of work outlined in the duties anticipated. Tshikovha Graduates Academy will develop a year programme for such employee training, exposure, execution of work and monitoring or outcome throughout. In this way there will provide effective employee integration and development. The organisation will also ensure that employee is provided with all resources.
