Absolutely SHOCKING experience. The service was dreadful and when the invoice landed in my spam, the accounts dept called me to ask why they hadn't been paid and to check my spam - it was there. We said goodbye and the lady didn't end the call, then proceeded to talk about me and said "she doesn't know what she's "fu#&*NG" talking about". Please save yourself heaps of negativity and just get another service - there are many businesses out there that needs it.

Very friendly and pleasant team, but not very thorough. Did not move things to clean behind them, did not wipe light fittings, missed a lot of spots. Feels like they need more supervision. Admin also not very efficient in terms of invoicing.
