Shoe repair service is very poor and the customer service is even worse. They are full empty promises. Don’t waste your time and money you will regret it. Bad experience, I will never return back to this fly by night store.

They dont give you a cash slip when you pay, when I had to collect second part of my collection they insisted I pay again, only received my clothes after paying again, huge fight...so disappointing, pathetic service...
