Extremely poor service. I visited the store on 10 November 2020 at around 5.20pm. Order number 145. My order took about 35 minutes. Two staff were only taking orders. Prepared meals were stacking up but not packed and served. No interest in customers. I ordered the 6 piece special, large chips and large mash and gravy. It was pouring rain. When I got home and opened box there was 1 piece chicken short. Only 5 in box. I phoned and spoke to female Manager. She indicated I must drive back in the rain to collect 1 piece of chicken. I laughed at her suggestion. I told her I will complain to KFC head office. She told me she will deliver the 1 piece. I'm still waiting. Overall pathetic service. Total arrogance and lack of customer service. Stay away from this KFC.

Food was the regular stuff that you’d expect from a KFC, but delish. Need more staff though for times that it gets busy. Had no issues here though, so far. ️
The rating is for CINDY. She operates by herself in the front area. Always busy taking orders, packing and distributing. Hardworking person.
With the lockdown being relaxed ,the service seems to have improved. The attendants now greet and some even smile. Quality of servings has improved and have noticed they have a person who maintains social distancing and helps you to sanitize.

why does a kfc based inside a busy mall only have 1 person working in the front? Every single day without fail, there is just the 1 lady named Cindy who works alone, taking orders, packing them and seeing to the delivery guys that comes for collection.. this puts a strain on her OBVIOUSLY ... making customers annoyed by the delay in being served. please employ more staff, as a customer who works in the mall, we have limited time for lunch breaks and every single time the wait at this KFC is around 45 minutes. Its not fair that you exploit 1 staff member to do everything at the front with no help.
So annoyed, have to wait more than 25 minutes for chicken....why not shut doors when there's no chicken? After all we come to KFC for meat. What's more annoyed is meat being too hot and undercooked. Poor management!
