I bought a Volcano speaker at the Riverside Store, at first the staff was very nice and helpful! But unfortunately when I got home and wanted to check out my new speaker I noticed that the box has been open and resealed again. I decided to not opening it and rather go back to the store. This is where it got unpleasant! Your staff tried to convince me that they as staff open the boxes to show the customers what the product looks like... When I asked them then what's the purpose of the demo models on display, and can I please see their policy on this they lashed out towards me. They also decided to stop speaking English to me and was very arrogant!
