It's fantastic that we got for few years a Checkers in Musina. Since than I go shopping there. You have a good range of products, the bakery, special the paninis was great and it was clean. IT WAS!!! Since months (mostly)the paninis looks ugly, small, flat and you not even can recognize the shape. Yesterday I tried to get a clean trolley, without luck. They was sticky and dirty. As I ask "Why", the answer was: The cleaning lady is off. !!!!!!!??????? Wow, and this in this time. Not only I get more and more disappointed.

Great stores to shop at. Good variety of fresh food and beverages. Late afternoon only 3 noisy cashiers not focused on customer service, shouting and talking across the customers to each other. Poor management and training of staff.

It is Wednesday the 17 of June 2020. Checkers Musina Mall is advertising that they open at 08:00. It is now already 08:48 and the shop is still closed. On the 10th door is a small note saying the shop will open at 09:00 due to training. This is very poor.
