While in othe Game stores you see staff members everywhere you turn, this specific store gives you a warehouse king if feel. If you have a question, you're on your own. However shopping is quick and cleanliness is somehow maintained.

Great customer service. Had a couch delivered that was damaged. Got it picked up and replaced in the same day. The communication process could be improved but good job all around.

Game N1 City supports FRAUD. They allowed Fraudsters to remove R12,000 from my bank account on Wednesday 7 May 2021 without any identification. The Teller just went ahead with the transactions without asking for ID or even querying the large amounts. These Fraudsters got hold of an imprint of my debit card and then used Mukuru account to draw my money out of my account and straight out of the Country to Zimbabwe with absolutely no checks by GAME, GAME just supported the transactions. Do you think GAME offered to refund me the money NO, of course not.

The customer service is non existent and if you do manage to get the attention of a staff member they direct you to another employee. It also seems as though the staff members are doing you a favour by attempting to assist you. I have found much better service at department of home affairs than at this branch. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this branch at all costs.

A local branch I have always supported but I would certainly recommend not counting on the accuracy of their trading hours stated online as I have been caught on two such separate occasions checking closing times on line only to find on arrival that they closed an hour or so earlier. For assistance, staff don't always seem to be on hand (perhaps my bad timing), but when you do manage to catch the attention of one in passing they tend to manage a reasonable outcome of assistance. One last bit of advice - if you come across a promotional special they tend to seldom be available when in store so (just by my experience) make a call to ensure stock is available to offset a degree of disappointment when in-store.

Great customer service lady by the name of Pamela... ( the fact that I remembered her name says alot for me,cause I am not good with game) Nice and professional lady with beautiful grey hair

Very small shop with a minimal choice of good whiskey. Also had to stand in the line for quite long considering that there was only 5 people in the queue.

Because I wanted to buy an eye level oven and microwave, and no experienced person in attendance. I had to go look 4 one and eventually found a man who recommended another retail shop.. no more going there...
