I've never waited this long for an order to come out. The lady at the till was nice and she explained that the order will take a bit less than 15 minutes to come out as she was told by those who prepare them. I didn't have a problem with that, however, I waited over 45 minutes my order. The lady who was giving out orders seemed not to be interested in what she was doing. At last when my order came she didn't put butter for bread rolls. I noticed this and I asked for it. She shouted out to someone I couldn't see to bring her a box of butter. I waited again for the butter until I asked her from where are they bringing the butter from and she said it's just downstairs it's just that they were short staffed. I don't think I will ever return to this shop again and won't recommend anyone to go there. They just don't care about their customers.
