I called the store to order and because of network the call did cut. So I was trying again it was answered by a different person and as I was about to repeat my order, the guy who was assisting me before the call cut came to continue with my order so that I don't start from the beginning. So for me that was outstanding service.

WORST NANDOS EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! After placing an order for delivery. And waiting for an hour and a half. The driver gets the address wrong thrice. Blames me for providing a wrong address, and then forces me to stand outside in the cold. Eventually, when he arrives - he claims to make some apologies for going to the wrong address. After all this; I opened the food. Disgusting to say the least. Ice cold, heavily burnt, and multiple other items missing and not as per the payslip! All this wait for nothing, and I still have to go out to buy food at 9.30PM

Food is good and always fresh, even the delivery time is also on point and sometimes even sooner. The delivery person calls before they leave incase your address is conflicting.

Worst experience ever my food came 45 minutes late.My food was cold and the order was short delivered.The driver promised to bring the rest of the order .When i phoned the shop nobody answered.
