I bought salad worth r30 what I received was a joke in comparison to other nandos I visited, quantity looked like is was worth r10. The sitting arrangements poor I had to use a 12 chair table while dinning alone, there was no options and the restaurant was not fully as I normally now

Horrible experience! I went there yesterday and there was only 1 pregnant cashier, with slim to none attention span, busy messing people's orders. As we were queueing there was a number of people who kept on asking for the manager to complain about wrong orders. When it was my turn I ordered Re ja joy and I had to repeat my sides of choice about 5 times to her. It was a takeaway, so when I got home, Lo the chicken is burnt, no sauce, that thing taste like ear wax had to throw away some pieces! Sies man Nando's! What's wrong with you

I was there to just relax after a long day of not eating n waited over an hour for my order only to be told after an hour that we cannot seat as they were about to close n we understood n we took our food and hurried home when we check there was no serviette, no sauces, no sides that I ordered n paid for it was just disappointing that they make sure u pay the full price of what u order but they don't give u what u ordered because they Wana hurry home and about to close the staff has attitude even when ur politely asking for something.. . Love nandos but never been this disappointed

Worst experience ever,don't even deserve a star based on the attitude me and my family got from the staff..Took my kids there for Christmas and was told I couldn't eat there as they were rushing to go home after we had waited for more than 1hour..When I got home,we noticed there were no butters,no sides,no serviettes..Just a full chicken we ordered and cold n dry rolls..Always we eat at Nandos ,but that was a 1st!!!!

I had a very bad experience yesterday.i went there very hungry when I was at the counter to place order the person taking my order left me alone while I was placing order I felt bad,he started to attend other things when he comes he place wrong order I paid.when i sit down the tables were dirty with no one cleaning them we changed tables several times.we waited for food more than 30 minutes.we requested plates which they took long and they came being so dirty. For my satisfactions I request that my bill be replaced with the restaurant expense.i ordered 2 chicken with 3 sides each, I wanted the special that had a drink but it was not there.your quick feedback will be highly appreciated.

I ordered full chicken with 2sharing sides which was pap relish.all extra hot I did not check my order bfr I leave.to my surprise when I get home the chicken is dry as if it was dried first before grilled.for my R202 this was bad....the chicken is not even fresh.i love Nando's but this was not the kind of a meal I usually buy I'm angry and hungry

Unfriendly staff, I ordered a quarter chicken with extra sauce, got burned chicken without any sauce, and unseasoned spinach.
