The amenities are excellent! There is ample room, electricity points at each individual study seat, help desks, a wide variety of books, computer and internet availability, bathrooms, wifi, air conditioning, security that makes you feel like you're in an airport, great infrastructure and most importantly a great respect for silence! The only real problem is that parking is an issue. There is only secure parking for staff and the public needs to park on the pavement surrounding the building in a very unsafe location. Be sure to bring identification/student card and declare your laptop at security.

Please change the GUARDS... They dont know how to treat people, now I am angry here while I should be studying, very very very poor service even after I've mentioned that I am a first time here and I dont know how things work here.... I am thinking of going back home.. mxm

It's unfortunate that the people that make the most noise are the members of staff. Especially security at reception. Gathered there and chatting the entire time, at voice tones that are too high even in a place that doesn't require the levels of silence that this type of environment does I.e. LIBRARY!!!
