I will never refer this company to anyone! They claim to be a security company but their system is offline therefore they don't receive any signals such emergencies but you still have to pay for the service!

They promise to phone back, but never do. And when you phone them and want to talk to a specific department, no one is available. Had this issue with incorrect money being deducted from my account, promise to phone me back. Still waiting. ( Update: everything is sorted, going well)

I called thier offices three times yesterday about the nouse the alarm is making ,Thursday morning at three o clock, then Friday i called at 08h40,then 10h50,lastly I called at 14h15 ,the last said her technicans are busy but they will cum to fixed the problem till now (Saturday)nothing but what funny they took my money everything month for what really, imagine if it was a break in ,want to change and go where I will get the best service
