Pressed panic button when people were trying to break into my house at 3am. Chubb phoned and I told them to come. No one came. Usless people, enablers of crime, there service isn't worth R50 per month. Have no care for the safety of the customers.

This is by far the worst service that I have ever come across in my entire life. I have a problem with my alarm and been complaining about it for over a month no called a number of people in the company, still nothing being done. Not to mention the response is slow and they always arrive at the wrong address which I have repeatedly asked them to change under my details and still nothing being done. Absolutely ridiculous! Please spare yourself and do not employ this company.
My alarm triggered at early hours of the morning, no call, so I pressed the panic button, finally get a call and tell them I'm scared and have heard movement outside, the guard comes over and I trip the alarm letting him in, he does a perimeter check and found the shed had been entered but no one is here. I told him I heard the assailant leaving and cars speeding off. Then get an sms to say I will be charged for any further false alarms.... really?! Disgraceful.
This company only phones you on average 20 minutes after alarm activation to ask what is happening... God forbid there is a real crime happening.... No chance to catch or stop a burglary. I will be cancelling on Monday

National Security is probably the worst value for money and a really scaly business. When my alarm is tripped by mistake, they take a very long time to call and they NEVER just respond or come out even if I don't answer their call. According to their accounts department, I owed them in excess of R 3000 which is impossible because they debit my account which they have been doing for years. I now see that they have been debiting my account with additional amounts to recover this debt. I gave them no permission to do this and the lady in the accounts department says "Well, we need to recover our money" when I told her I never gave her permission to do it. Absolutely horrific for a security company!
My Alarm has been faulty since Thursday 5th November 2020. I had to get extremely angry with them before a technician was dispatched. He said it was dust in the touch pad. We have consequently disconnected the battery and switched off the power as the alarm is automatically arming itself and resetting itself. Still no technician has arrived after numerous calls. Highly disgusted as they are not cheap!
My alarm went off and I was only called 6 hours later. I could have been killed. On another occasion, my alarm went off and I am still waiting for a call. They take your money and do nothing!
