I have tried to obtain a statement from this company for the past 3 months and not 1 of the agents show any urgency in trying to resolve the query, I have also spoken to a team leader who promised to get back to me and I have still not heard from him. The service rendered by this company is horrible, they obviously do not have an idea of what client service entails.
