Receptionist refused to get me speak to an attorney to confirm if my matter is something She would be able to take on. Receptionist says I need to book an appointment first and if my matter is something the attorney couldn't advise me on I would loose the booking fee of R1200. WhatsApp provided on the website is useless because She never even reads the messages. Why provide it? Receptionist said She would phone me in 2 minutes. It's an Hour now. If you value your money and time. I honestly DO NOT recommend.
