Poor service. Stood for 3-5 min and had to ask for help.i was told the machine to assess the foot was not working. I went across to Asics and was pleasantly surprised by an attentive and willing attendant named Robinson.

Staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. New Balance may not have quite the hype / marketing that some of their competitors have, but they do have great quality running gear. Watch out for their sales (we managed to get 30% off on a pair of running shoes).

My husband bought a pair of New Balance Casuals here. We realised afterwards that we only received 30% discount instead of 50% as the sticker on the box and the website proclaims. Not too happy.

Some of the nicer running shoes there are but never have sizes available. Helpful staff but low stock on everything. Why a great brand like NB cant manage to get this right is silly. Always been a loyal supporter but not anymore.
