I was served by a most wonderful shop assistant Sina at the NB outlet who not only recommended the exact shoe I had in mind, but also was able to find an extra wide fitting size for me. The cherry on top was when she told me I would be saving R700 of the normal price! But wait, there's more.... I spotted a Liverpool red jersey on the racks and guess what? I got the last available size for myself at 50% off My sincere thanks to Sina who made my excursion so memorable and economic

The service was terrible from the lady at the till even though there was no one in store. I asked a couple of questions and assisted myself the rest of the time. I hope I make the right choice. It's sad to see such service. I would not recommend the store based on service but if the price is good, then buy and leave.

It is a clearance store after all, so don't expect them to have all the styles and all the sizes you are looking for. Other than that, service was great and the young gentleman even checked their computer systems for stock to save me the trouble hunting down a size 7 in their store
