Took my mom for an eye test here. They are well equipped compared to other optometrists in Newcastle. The staff were friendly, the optometrist explained things in detail to help us make an informed decision on the type of lenses to pick. They also gave my mom plenty options to pick from for her frames, with cheerful opinions on what looked good on her but they never pressured her one way or the other, giving her plenty time to choose a frame she loved. Excellent, friendly service. Would recommend.
