I was a loyal supporter of this service station and convenient store but never anymore again. I got there the other day to pump air into my kids new bikes and I was told to find another garage to assist me. The petrol attendants were adamant that I could not use the airline as it was an instruction from management. NOW DURING THIS TIME WHEN BUSINESSES ARE LOOKING AND TRYING THEIR BEST TO FIND OR MAINTAIN CUSTOMERS, HERE IS ONE MANAGEMENT TELLING THEIR CUSTOMERS TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR SERVICE, LOL AIR. I did tell the attendants that I would go, but I would also take my support to the new service station that was willing to help. Although it is inconvenient I would rather support a business that I know if I need their help in the future, I would get it with no fuss. LENNOXTON SERVICE Station, you lost me as one customer. Keep that management and sooner than later you will loose all your customers.
