I recently purchased a second hand vehicle from MST Auto in Newcastle. I cannot compliment them enough for the trouble they went to to deliver the vehicle to me in Hillcrest. Absolute top service. I would give them 10 stars if this was available!
The above small dealership..illtreated me..after buying a BMW x5..in 2019.November.They promised to send a spare key as early as December 2019..I have been sent from pillar to post since..then.Later sent a wrong spare key around August 2020..promised to refund me..bt never did.Secondly the car battery only worked for few weeks ..when I took the car to battery centre...it was discovered that the battery was too old (2013)...I contacted MST auto nicely ...bt they were so negative...I regret buying a car from them and I will never refer anyone there.
