Fast, friendly, efficient service. Restaurant is a bit small to dine on the inside - felt a little claustrophobic. Other than that, a lovely branch. Food well prepared. The burger was the best I've had thus far!

Typical nandos. Covid protocols in place. Unfortunately we arrived an hour before closing time and they had said due to them closing soon we cannot get chicken livers.

Nando's Newcastle Mall is a very busy place but the staff there is very committed to good customer service. Perhaps this is because they are competing with other fast food restaurants that have their presence in the same spot with Nando's. There is also Spur steak ranches opposite Nando's. The public toilet facilities there are really well maintained sparkling clean all the time. There is a staff member of the cleaning company almost everywhere at the Mall! Those with disabilities can also be assisted without challenges as the place is accessible to those on wheelchair
